Penta Career Center’s Forklift Operator Training Program provides students with the knowledge and practical experience needed to safely and efficiently operate a forklift. This OSHA-compliant course combines classroom instruction with hands-on training to ensure students understand proper operation, workplace safety regulations, and accident prevention techniques.
In just a few hours, students gain a valuable credential that is widely recognized across the manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics industries.

9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Career Preparation & Licensure
Upon successful completion of the Forklift Operator Training Program, students will receive an:
- Forklift Operator’s Permit (Valid for 3 Years)
This certification meets OSHA 1910.178(l) requirements and qualifies individuals to operate forklifts in a variety of workplace settings.
Enrollment Requirements
To enroll, students must:
- Complete online registration and submit the $125 Tuition fee.
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Provide an unexpired Driver’s License or State ID
- Complete all required enrollment documents in the student portal
Important Note: This program is not eligible for financial aid. All funding must be secured by the student before enrolling.

- Students must participate in both classroom and hands-on training
- Students must demonstrate safe forklift operation to complete the course
