In the early 1970s the C.I.A. began to formally implement a top-secret program which used psychic powers for intelligence gathering. The practice became known as Remote Viewing. A handful of military personnel at Fort Meade were asked to participate in this Black Project. These men used mental projection techniques developed at the Stanford Research Institute in California to "see" into enemy territory.

This documentary includes interviews with Paul H. Smith, president of the International Remote Viewing Association, and Stephan A. Schwartz, whose books The Alexandria Project and The Secret Vaults of Time documented the use of Remote Viewing in archaeology.
